Your practice team triages letters, and Asterix GPs manage the ones assigned to them. Every document is handled by a GMC-registered GP.

How much does it cost?

We charge a fixed fee per clinical letter. Pricing depends on whether we manage all your letters (lower cost per letter) or just the GP clinical letters (higher cost per letter).

Practices working with Asterix typically achieve 30-40% cost savings versus their in-house team.

How do I get started?

We typically start with an eight-week, no commitment pilot at a reduced pilot rate. You’ll get the full Asterix service, with none of the commitment.

What clinical letters do your GPs manage?

Our GPs can manage any clinical letters your practice receives. During the onboarding process, we’ll work with you to define in-scope clinical letters as part of your bespoke SOP.

Are your GPs eligible for ARRS funding?

Yes. In March 2026, the PCN DES contract was updated to remove the restrictions on GPs who are eligible for ARRS funding. This means practices can now take on remote GPs with Asterix using ARRS funding.
